The author take his time introducing the reader to the tail and doesn’t hurl anything at them, which is a nice thing. This book contains very helpful content which includes various advice, tips, and tricks and soft-skills of career management. There is a lot more, beyond your qualifications and domain knowledge, that can boost or jeopardize your career. Each chapter - on networking, stakeholder management, do's and don'ts of business presentations - offers actionable suggestions on how to navigate through ups and downs of professional journey. A "must read" for all professionals - at any stage of career: entry level, mid-way or senior level. "Boss Management" is particularly insightful and useful! This book is a primer on the most essential soft-skills that you can, or rather should, learn to help you in your career progression and professional growth. As more and more of the jobs gets standardized, automated or disrupted with onslaught of technologies, these skills will give you a consistent and constant advantage amongst your peers. The added benefit is that this competitive advantage continues to grow as you put them in daily practice and master the skills over time. The language used by the author is clear and simple for anyone to understand. Its worthy read containing around 194 pages which I completed in one sitting. The writing style is absolutely gripping along with usage of good words. Highly recommend to each and every one reading out this review. The plot is very well crafted and penned in a fast pace. The narration is smooth and flawless throughout till the end. The cover is very well depicted and the title fits perfectly. Do this book for reading. I’m sure you won’t regret picking this book for reading.
