The cover and the title of the book are indeed eye catching. The book was superb just like be Ruby Smiles by Prudence Williams Shipman is a wonderful book you and your kids will love. The book introduces us to Ruby, an energetic and loveable dog, and celebrates Ruby’s relationship with her companion Mr. Shipman. The two friends love spending time with each other, and when Mr. Shipman goes to work Ruby makes sure to keep the house safe.
Ruby is a furry ball of positivity and joy. She loves running around the yard playing with the squirrels, getting rubs in her happy spot under her neck, going for walks with Mr. Shipman and greeting the neighbors. Ruby loves her life.
The illustrations are fun and feature lots of bright colors that kids will love. They perfectly capture Ruby’s love of life and the beautiful relationship she has with Mr. Shipman.
This is the perfect book for beginning readers. It uses a lot of sight words that repeats, which is what a beginning reader needs to improve to a fluent reader. The illustrations in the book are lively and colorful. After reading it I give you surety that you can’t wait to see what Ruby does next. Overall, I liked this and I recommend it wholeheartedly. The author has tried a lot to connect it with real life.
In summary, the book and the title are unique and I hope you will love the way it’s being presented. The book cover is distinctive and love will be developed for the author’s effort to put to imagine situations that gave birth to mind-blowing story of such glorious book.
